I'm a quilting, knitting, sewing, cooking, reading, gardening nut who can never find enough hours in the day to get it all done. Then again, getting it all done is out-of-the question. I'm too easily distracted.
New York City, And Three Centuries of Red and White Quilts
I'm exhausted girls. I don't even know if I have the energy to tell you everything I saw and did.....so I'll post some photos for you and hopefully you will be able to get a sense of what I experienced.
Danielle Ashley.....If you remember, there were flyers at the tables with all the info printed on them...I got 2. Just in case I misplaced one...I'd probably be able to find the other......

Wow - of course my favorite shot is the last one, to be dwarfed and surrounded by this much history would be incredible. Where was the exhibit?
It was at the Park Avenue Armory, which is, not surprisingly, on Park Avenue...(between 66th and 67th).
It was really something to see.
I am awed! I can't imagine what you felt being there. Are you inspired to make a red and white quilt?
wow mom! Surprised you remembered the location!
